As you enter the property there is an abundance of natural light, magnificently appointed to cater for guests that expect elegance and luxury when staying away from home.
The property has amazing views overlooking a golf course & Saltwater creek. The upstairs living area opens onto a large deck with contemporary outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Third Bedroom: 2 x Bunk beds. (4 single beds in total) BIR Ceiling fan and free standing oil heater.
Fourth Bedroom/Rumpus room overlooking tee trees, lake & gold course, includes flat screen TV & DVD player, leather double sofa bed, split system air-conditioner/heater. Access from Rumpus to outdoor deck with small table & chairs as seen in photos then down to hot & cold outdoor shower.
Bathroom with shower & bathtub.
Large laundry with sink, bench space and cupboards. Front loading washing machine & dryer.
Remote controlled double lock up garage.
Push bikes for both Adults & Children (bring your own helmets).

No bed linen provided ie sheets or pillow cases.
No towels (bathroom or beach) provided.
Covered Doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided.
If you require the use of the divan sofa bed, extra pillows & doona is provided.
Full linen packs are available on request and will be supplied by Phillip Island Linen Company. (extra charge).
High chair & porta cot are available for your use at no extra cost.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.
Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout (subject to change) but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and loss of bond?.
Additional visitors are not permitted above and beyond those initially declared.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski’s, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE
PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog’s droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have “quiet enjoyment” of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
