Kava Villa is a modern two story villa located in a quite court with private gate access for Kava Villa residents to the safe swimming beach 15 meters away, (see photos) making it the perfect location for families with and couple’s alike. A short stroll along the lover’s walk track leads easily up to Cowes village.

Upstairs: Split system, Fully equipped kitchen, electric cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size refrigerator. Balcony leads to outdoor setting and Weber BBQ (Gas). Open plan dining and lounge area, Fold out double bed couch plasma TV, DVD, Stereo, powder room and laundry (washer and dryer). Downstairs is a secure courtyard with a large deck surrounded by a tropical garden.

All bedding is supplied including pillows, doonas, doona covers and blankets.

Linen is NOT supplied so tenants are required to supply their own linen for the duration of their stay (bottom and top sheet, pillow cases and towels and bath mats).

We provide tea towels.

Check in time is 2pm onwards, Check out is strictly 10am unless prior arrangement is made.
