PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside hair, there will be an extra cleaning charge. please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog.
Please make sure to pick up your dog’s droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have “quiet enjoyment” of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
Calendar & Pricing
Please note: If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at the weekend rate.
Please note: the minimum cost for a two night stay even during low season throughout the year is $500.
The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.
Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100 accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.
Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be rebooked.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.
Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.
